However, while you might be encouraged by your weight loss results in the first couple of days, you will find that you quickly hit a wall. Why is this you ask? Unfortunately these herbal burn fat calories diet pills are diuretics that causes your body to lose water at a higher than normal rate. That means that any weight loss you experience will be in the form of water, not fat. The excessive water loss can also compromise your health by leaving you dehydrated, a condition that puts additional stress on your body and can leave you physically and mentally fatigued.

Your best option is to avoid these burn fat calories diet pills altogether. It would be nice if they were the magic bullet their manufacturers claim they are, but sadly that is not the case. Your best bet is to find a good healthy diet that suits your tastes and your lifestyle and combine it with a regular exercise regime. Rapid weight loss is certainly possible, but sadly it won’t be found in a diet pill.
